Micellar casein is milk protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey in the same ratio as skimmed milk 80:20.
Slow and sustained release of amino acids from Micellar casein can cause a „timed release“ trickle of amino acids into the bloodstream which can last for as many as 7 full hours after ingestion. So Micellar casein is a good choice of protein to use before bed as a protein slowly released into the system during the night.
Naturally occuring in Micellar casein is a high level of intake L-glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in human muscle tissue and also a high level of Branched chain amino acids (BCAA).
Micellar casein contains high amounts of protein fractions as Beta-lactoglobulin (BLG), Alpha-lactalbumin (ALA), Glycomacropeptides (GMP), Immunoglobulin (IgG), Bovine serum albumin (BSA), Lactoperoxidase, Lactoferrin.

Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops of Amix™ Micellar casein with 250-300 ml of cold water or low fat milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Use preferably before sleep. To change the flavour and sweetness of drink, change the amount of water used for preparation.
