Credit/debit card

The completion of the purchase through payment by credit or debit card is immediate, which will expedite the processing of the order and its distribution.
AmixStore has an electronic commerce payment gateway, through which all the data provided is hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL "Secure Socket Layer" protocol, so they are encrypted to guarantee maximum security. In no case will the data be stored in the payment gateway, and will only be kept while the purchase is made and the payment is made. As such, AmixStore reserves the right to refuse payment for a transaction that is considered illegal. Each and every one of the activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

The objective is to protect credit or debit card holders, reducing the probability of their fraudulent use in the development of the transaction. This protocol is used by Visa, with the designation "Verified by Visa" and by Mastercard, with the designation "SecureCode".

Attention: Payments are always made in euros, even if prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge fees for currency conversion. AmixStore is completely unrelated to this procedure and does not accept responsibility for it.

PayPal

The completion of the purchase through Paypal payment is immediate, which will speed up the processing of the order and its distribution.
PayPal is a secure payment method used throughout the world which allows money to be sent to anyone with an email address. For more information about this payment method, please consult www.paypal.com.

Paypal payment has a commission of 2%

Orders placed before 9:30 a.m. will be processed and delivered the same day (Monday to Friday) as long as payment has been made by credit/debit card or Paypal. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If the order has been made by bank transfer, we will send the order once we have confirmation of payment from our bank. This process can take from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the country from which the transaction was issued.

Once the order has been delivered, it will be delivered to the customer in 24 hours by urgent transport. For some locations far from urban centers, delivery may take a maximum of 48 hours.

If any doubt or suggestion arises regarding the order, we will contact the customer by email. Until the possible incident is resolved, the order will not be sent to its recipient. If the incident is not resolved within 3 business days, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the customer.

Shipping costs are free on orders equal to or greater than £20

Shipping costs for orders of less than £20 amount to £1.99.

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, they can do so within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is intact, sealed, complete and in the original package. Returns of damaged products, with signs of having been used or without the original packaging and labeling are not accepted. We also do not accept returns of products that will expire in less than a month.

To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact our customer service, sending an email to sales@nutritrade.co.uk with the subject "Return order + "order number". You must specify the items you want to return and how you want the refund to be made (through the original form of payment or through a coupon).

The client can also opt for our collection service that has a cost of £20. In this case, when you contact our customer service, you must indicate a day and place of collection. Collections will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. However, if the customer is absent on the agreed date, a new collection attempt will not be made and the return must be made using another method.

When we receive the return at our facilities, we will make the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 7 business days using the payment method chosen by the customer, either the original or by discount coupon. We do not make refunds to other forms of payment than the original order.

If we receive one or more items in poor condition or that do not meet the aforementioned requirements, the customer will lose the right to be reimbursed.

To exercise the right to claim, the customer must contact our customer service, sending an email to sales@nutritrade.co.uk with the subject "Order claim + "order number". You must specify what the claim is and attach an image of the items for which you wish to claim.

In the event that AmixStore was responsible for the claim, the order will be replaced, returned or refunded, reaching a satisfactory agreement with the customer.

In the event that the transport agency was responsible for the claim, AmixStore will resolve the incident as soon as possible and provide a response to the customer to make the replacement, return or refund of the order, reaching a satisfactory agreement with the customer.
