Lysineis a food supplement with content of pure amino acid L-Lysine.

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, so the human body cannot produce L-Lysine and must be obtained from dietery intake.

Recommended dosage: As a food supplement, take 1 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, with or between meals.
