HMB – Hydroxy Methyl Butyrate is an important metabolite of the essential branched chain amino acid L-Leucine. One capsule contains 500 mg of pure pharmaceutical grade beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate.
Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. The recommended dosage is 3 g per day.
Ingredients: Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate, vegetable capsule Vcaps® Plus (hypromellose, dye: titanium dioxide); anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
