HMB – Hydroxy Methyl Butyrate is an important metabolite of the essential branched chain amino acid L-Leucine. One capsule contains 500 mg of pure pharmaceutical grade beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. The recommended dosage is 3 g per day.
