GreenDay® Hemp Seed Oil 1.000 mg is a convenient way to boost intake of Omega 3, 6 & 9. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA).
Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules daily. Wash down with plenty of water.
