AMIX™ Performance E-Lite Electrolytes is high concetrated liquid form food supplement containing complex of important electrolytes and vitamins C & D. The product is designed for physically active people and active sportsmen. Contains Magnesium in bisglycinate and citrate form. Sugar and aspartame free product.

Magnesium contributes to:
» a reduction of tiredness and fatigue
» electrolyte balance
» normal energy-yielding metabolism,
» normal functioning of the nervous system
» normal muscle function
» normal protein synthesis

Vitamin C contributes to:
» maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise
» normal energy-yielding metabolism
» the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

Vitamin D contributes to:
» the maintenance of normal muscle function
» normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus

Recommended dosage:*

Weather conditions with high temperatures:
Before: Take one dose 20 minutes before physical activity.
During: Take one dose from 2 hours of physical activity. For ultra endurance sports, take a dose each 1h 30min.

After: Take one dose at the end of the exercise if time exceeded 2 hours.

Conventional weather conditions
During: Take one dose every 2 hours at medium or high intensity of exercise. Or every 3 hours at low intensity of exercise.
After: Take one dose at the end of the exercise if time exceeded 2h 30min.

*Recommended dosage are based on weather conditions and the intensity of the exercises.

Ingredients: Purified water, Trisodium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Tripotassium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Calcium Lactate, Calcium Bisglycinate, preserving agent: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate; acidifying agent: citric acid; Cholecalciferol, aroma, dye: black currant flavour (azorubine, ponceau 4R, brilliant blue), orange flavour (carotene, apo-carotenal); sweeteners: acesulfame-K and sucralose
