AAKG 4000 mg SHOT is a liquid form of L-Arginine alpha ketoglutarate in combination with Glycerol GlyceroMax™.

Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 1 ampoule (60 ml). Take it approx.30-45 minutes before physical performance. Do not exceed the maximal daily dose! Wash down with plenty of water! Do not use at bedtime.
