Recommended dosage:
Workout days: 1 capsule in the morning approx. 30 minutes before the first meal, then 1-2 capsules approx. 30 minutes before workout. Wash down with approx. 300 ml of water.
Non-workout days: 1 capsule in the morning approx. 30 minutes before the first meal, then 1-2 capsules approx. 30 minutes before the last meal. Wash down with approx. 300 ml of water.
Ingredients: buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dye: titanium dioxide), anticaking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
